What are the payment methods?
Payment can be made in various ways. In addition to manually transferring your payment to our bank account, we also offer the following payment methods:

Can I also manually transfer my payment through my bank?
It is also possible to make a manual transfer. When we have received your payment, we will immediately process and send the order. You can transfer the amount of your order to the following account number:

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of payment. Orders that arrive on Thursday to Sunday will be shipped on Monday due to uncertainty about the day of delivery from PostNL, DHL, DPD en UPS† We will inform you by WhatsApp, SMS of Email informed.

It is currently very busy at PostNL, it is possible that your package will be on its way for a day (or 2) longer than usual. Don't worry, the cuttings and plants are still good 🙂


When will my package arrive?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. This way we and you can easily track the (mailbox) package online. If the package fits through the letterbox, you do not have to be at home at the time of delivery.

 

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
For orders (with delivery address in NL) above € 94,95 and (with delivery address in BE and DE) above € 144,95, the shipping costs are included. For orders below this amount, the shipping costs are € 6,95 within the Netherlands and the shipping costs € 8,95 within Belgium. Outside NL BE and DE the shipping costs are fixed € 9,45 incl. Track & Trace code, registered and insurance up to a maximum of €100.

Pick up
You have already placed an order and you still wish to order another item. No problem! You can always place an extra order with the option “pick up”, so you don't have to pay double shipping costs. 

 

Can I exchange or return my purchase at any time?
There is a legal reflection period of 14 days. However, there are only exceptions to this, such as with products that spoil or age quickly, such as fresh food and fresh drinks or flowers.

Do I get a pot with my plant?
No Unfortunately. All pots are available separately and only serve as inspiration for the plant article.  

 

I have not received a confirmation E-mail?
If you have not received a confirmation within minutes of ordering, the following may have gone wrong. 

However, it is not uncommon for services such as Hotmail or Gmail to mark our confirmations as spam. So first check your spam box, because the confirmation is probably there. To prevent our mail from being marked as spam in the future, we advise you to add us to your contact list.

Can I postpone the shipment of my order?
Yes you can! Send an email to after ordering info@stekjesbrief.nl and let us know from which date you can deliver your plants. You can also note it in the comments box when you place your order. 

 

Can I also pick up or collect my order?
Yes, that's possible. However, we only do this by appointment. Please always send a message via Instagram, webshop chatbox or an email to make an appointment.

 

My favorite product is sold out!
Is your favorite product not (any longer) listed? Sign up your email via product page for the waiting list/wait list, send us an email or add the product to your 'Wishlist' and we will inform you when the product is available again.

 

Are your products also for sale elsewhere?
No, unfortunately this is not possible at the moment.

 

Cold and frost
When there is severe frost, plants have an increased risk of cold damage during transport. To ensure the safety of the plants as much as possible, we may ship your order one or more days later. At temperatures of 5 degrees or lower, we recommend using a Heat pack can be ordered with you, so your plants stay nice and warm on the road. The heat packs are available in the webshop in the 40 and 72 hours variants. Additional tip! In the cold months, do not open your package immediately upon arrival, but allow the package to come to room temperature.
