1. Definitions
1.1. “Webshop”: refers to the online shop managed by Plantinterior, accessible via www.stekjesbrief.nl.
1.2. “Customer”: refers to a natural or legal person who purchases products or services through the Webshop.
1.3. “Agreement”: refers to the contractual relationship between the Webshop and the Customer when purchasing products or services.
1.4. “Products”: refers to goods offered for sale in the Webshop.
2. Applicability
2.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between the Webshop and the Customer.
2.2. Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.
3. Orders
3.1. By placing an order, the Customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions.
3.2. The Webshop reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if abuse, fraud or technical problems are suspected.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Payment must be made via the available payment methods on the Webshop.
4.3. The Webshop reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect pending orders.
5. Delivery
5.1. The Webshop strives for timely delivery of products, but delivery times are only indicative.
5.2. Delays in delivery do not entitle the Customer to compensation or cancellation of the order.
6. Returns and Cancellation
6.1. The Customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product without giving reasons. The Webshop may ask the Customer about the reason for the withdrawal, but not oblige him to state his reason(s).
6.2. During the cooling-off period, the Customer will handle the product and the packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The starting point here is that the Customer may only handle and inspect the product as he would be allowed to do in a shop.
6.3 Costs for return are for the account of the Customer, unless agreed otherwise.
6.4. Digital products and personalized products are excluded from return.
6.5 As soon as the return package has been received by the Webshop, the purchase amount [and any delivery costs] will be refunded within 7 days at the latest.
6.6 Returns must be returned to the following address: Cutting letter, Wilgenroos 11, 2391 EV Hazerswoude-Dorp.
7. Garantie
7.1. The Webshop guarantees that products meet the applicable quality standards.
7.2. Complaints about defects must be reported in writing within a reasonable period of time after discovery.
8. Liability
8.1. The Webshop is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of products or incorrect information provided by the Customer.
8.2. The liability of the Webshop is limited to the purchase amount of the product in question.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Webshop, available on the website.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All intellectual property rights to the Webshop and its content remain the property of the Webshop.
11. Disputes
11.1. Dutch law applies to these General Terms and Conditions.
11.2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the location of the Webshop.
